Shipping Policy
GK Technova ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally or to PO Box addresses.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time depends on which warehouse your item ships from. Every product page shows its own estimate, so you always know before you buy.
- United States warehouse: 3 to 6 business days
- International warehouse: 7 to 12 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holiday volume can add time.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of [SHIPPING RATE], calculated at checkout.
Orders with multiple items
Items in the same order may ship from different warehouses and can arrive separately, at different times. Each package has its own tracking number. Nothing is missing if one arrives before the other.
Delivery address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout are not eligible for a refund.
