FAQ's

How long will my order take?
Between 3 and 12 business days depending on which warehouse the item ships from. The estimate is shown on every product page before you buy.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

Why did my order arrive in two packages?
Items ship from the warehouse that stocks them, so an order with multiple items can arrive separately. Each package has its own tracking number.

Can I return something if I change my mind?
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect. We are not able to accept change-of-mind returns, which is how we keep prices where they are.

My item arrived broken. What do I do?
Open a claim from your order status page within 7 days of delivery and attach a photo or video. Most cases are resolved from the photo alone, and you will not need to ship anything back.

How fast are refunds?
Issued within 48 hours of approval. Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 business days to post it.

Is there a restocking fee?
No. If a return is needed we cover the return label as well.
