Shipping policy

All orders ship from warehouses within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery takes 2 to 6 business days from the time your order is placed, depending on the item. The estimated delivery window for each product is listed on its product page. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Multiple items may arrive separately

We work with several specialist suppliers so that each product comes from the source that handles it best. If you order more than one item, they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each package. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 are charged shipping at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Address changes

Contact us at gktechnovasupport@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to correct your address. Once an order has shipped we can't reroute it, and we're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Delays

Occasionally carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods push delivery past the estimate. If your package hasn't moved for 7 days, email us and we'll chase it for you.
